Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Superior category oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
This olive oil is produced using olives of the frantoio, moraiolo and leccino varieties. It is harvested by hand in November, directly in the olive groves of the farm. It appears green, with golden reflections and an intense fruity aroma with hints of wild herbs. It has a slightly spicy, pleasantly bitterish taste. The extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered, can form a small layer of sediment by natural effect.
